These Terms of Use apply to any use of the website by a visitor, regardless of the device used. They do not affect the mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer-protection law, which remain fully applicable.

2.Purpose of the website

The website is intended to present JVG Automotive's used-vehicle offering and to allow visitors to send a non-binding inquiry about a vehicle (for example, to request information, book a test drive or make an appointment). No sales are concluded through the website. The website is therefore not a webshop: vehicles cannot be purchased or paid for online.

3.Vehicle information

Vehicle descriptions, technical specifications, photographs, mileage and prices published on the website are prepared in good faith and with reasonable care, but are indicative only. They may contain errors, are subject to change without prior notice, and are always subject to the vehicle having already been sold. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer by JVG Automotive. A sale is only concluded through a separate written sales agreement, signed at JVG Automotive's showroom.

4.Inquiries and reservations

Submitting an inquiry through the website (for example, via the contact form) does not reserve a vehicle and creates no obligation whatsoever on the part of JVG Automotive, nor any right on the part of the visitor. A vehicle is only reserved once JVG Automotive expressly confirms this, for example by email or telephone.

5.Prices

Prices shown on the website are expressed in euro. Unless stated otherwise, they are indicative and may change, for instance depending on the vehicle's actual condition on inspection or on market developments. The precise tax treatment (for example, VAT arrangements or registration costs) is only confirmed when the sale is finalised.

6.Intellectual property

All content on the website, comprising texts, photographs, logo, house style and layout, is the property of JVG Automotive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. This content may not be copied, distributed or reused without JVG Automotive's prior written permission.

7.Acceptable use

The visitor may not misuse the website or its forms. This includes, without limitation: not sending unsolicited messages (spam), not posting unlawful, offensive or misleading content, and not attempting to disrupt the proper functioning, security or availability of the website.

12.Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's domicile remain fully applicable. We encourage disputes to first be resolved amicably by contacting us using the details in clause 13. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the European Union's ODR platform for out-of-court resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
